Annual Re-examinations
LHA will conduct annual re-examinations yearly for all families, with the exception of elderly and disabled houselholds. These households will complete re-examinations every other year. These annual re-examinations will be completed biennially. Families will receive a 90 calendar day notification by mail to complete the re-exam process.
Re-examinations are conducted on the household's income and family composition in order to determine the appropriate Total Tenant Payment, Unit Size and Tenant Rent. Families are responsible to cooperate with LHA to complete the annual-reaxams accurately and timely.
