All two bedroom, two bath apartments are in 8-plex configurations with private exterior entrances. Detached garages are available. Several wheelchair accessible apartments are available.  The three bedroom, two and one-half bath townhouse comes with an attached garage and full basement. One-half of the apartments are available at reduced rent to income eligible families through the tax credit program and one-half are available at Market Rents.

Residents of Prairie Crossing have full access to the Prairie Crossing Clubhouse offering a great room, kitchenette, fitness room, and a patio area with outdoor grill.  No Pets Allowed.  Housing Choice Vouchers accepted.
