KITCHEN
Every rental unit must have a kitchen for the preparation and storage of food. The kitchen must have a sink with hot and cold running water that drains properly as well as a refrigerator and a stove / range that work as they were designed. There must be at least one electrical outlet and one permanently installed ceiling or wall light fixture.
