BATHROOM
Every rental unit must have a bathroom with a working toilet, a permanently installed sink, and a working tub or shower. The sink and tub or shower must have hot and cold running water that drains properly. There must be at least one permanently installed ceiling or wall light fixture and an exhaust fan or window for ventilation.
